Interrupted
This drawing has deliberately made to be impossible to view. The two halves are on opposite walls, and in order to line up the drawing the viewer must interrupt the image.
The Humidity and Heat
Due to the humidity and temperatures my drawings have been falling off the walls over night. I am either going to have to find a better way to anchor them to the walls, clear them away and store them, or leave them where they lie, building up over the period of the residency. Ideally I would like the work to build up on the walls, but only two of the four walls will take pins, which might make that difficult.
Wild West
Today I moved into my new studio for the next three months at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts. It’s an amazing space and I’ll be doing a focused space specific drawing project in it.
